7. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved pursuant to the laws of the State of Illinois and Customer consents to jurisdiction of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois and waive all challenges to forum non conveniens and venue.

8. Attorneys Fees

Customer agrees to pay OSM Worldwide’s costs and attorneys fees for any matter sent to collection for non-payment.

9. Interest on Overdue Accounts

Customer agrees that interest at the rate of 1.5% per month shall accrue on all accounts overdue in excess of 30 days.
